I'm ok with 3D. As long as it's 3D graphics on a 2-D perespective.

Man I can't wait. They should just do it like Guily Gear in terms of High Res...but maybe they'll go with a different style like that watercolor Okami style.

I can't wait to see what the Battle System is going to be like. I loved 3rd Strike and hopefully they'll just build on that type of fighting engine. =P

The upcoming HD version will have 2 games.

The original Super SF2 Turbo that you have always known and loved. It will have updated artwork.

A new Super SF2 Turbo Rebalanced version - some of the best SF players in the world have been working on retooling the game to make it even better than the original. Moves, priorities, damages are all being revamped. I along with a few other US SF players are working with one of the programmers on ideas for balancing the game.

It's going to be f'ing awesome

Holy hell, that screenshot looks like the regurgitated remains of the cup from the two girls one cup video. Did they farm this out to some American company? That's be the only way I could rationalize the lack of artistry or character in that screenshot. I think I'll need to see it in motion. Maybe it was too early to show but EGM had to have a "hot scoop." Ugh. Well, I guessed from the beginning that it would probably be 3D graphics, 2D gameplay, at least.

I am very much up in the air after seeing that screen shot. Lets hope it is an early build. Also...he is wearing one hell of a huge sports cup.

I think that looks fucking awesome.

I lived on the SFII machine at our local arcade, but for the first time since the SNES, I'm looking forward to a console SF game. I might even get a fighting stick for it.

Bring on more screenshots!

I think it looks pretty damn good too. I prefer the Udon look for SF characters now, but this is slightly more "realistic" look which is ok. I'm really curious to see how some of the other characters look though.

ouch Pixy...ouch. Hopefully this will ease your mind a bit. This game was made internally.

Hopefully they give good muscle movement. Thats what kills 3d games for me. The characters rarey seem to have muscle movement.

i wish it was like sf3:3s with higher res graphics and even more sprite detail and animation/frames.

this thing looks all airbrushed and cellshaded and has blurry lame 3d(?) graphics. that fireball is retarded looking. oh well, i will wait and see i guess.

I think it looks pretty neat. I like seeing all the colors and animation of it. I'm not a big Street Fighter fan. I played SF 2 Championship Edition on Genesis until my thumbs were bleeding but I never cared for any of the sequels.

I can't quite place my finger on what bugs me the most about those two shots. Maybe the art presentation? I would guess that at this point Capcom would know how to make a fighter and make it look more updated, but maybe the shots don't do the game justice.

if this is a 2d game, the camera angle is weird if you're using Ken. If you're playing as Ruy, i guess it's not all that bad.

I am hoping those shots are just an early tech demo and that the camera will be "fluidly fixed" in the middle per every other fighting game ever made.
