Best of XBLA?
Didn't see anything when I searched, so I apologize if this is (likely) a dupe.
Finally got a 360 and I've got 6400 points (come Sunday) burning a hole in my pocket. Looking for some advice as to what the best of the best is.
I've got Aegis Wing and Hexic, obviously. I also picked up the Unplugged disc with GW, THE, Bejeweled, Backgammon, Outpost something, and Wik.
I'm pretty sure I'll be getting Wing Commander, Bomberman, Castlevania, Pac-Man: CE, and Uno.
Any recommendations? What are you favorites and/or the best values?
I'm thinking about Catan and my buddy keeps trying to cram Zuma down my throat, but I don't know if that's necessary with Hexic and Bejeweled already (what about Luxor 2)?

Catan is my favorite game. Since I started playing it on XBLA I've bought the actual board game with all the expansions to play with friends. Castlevania is a no-brainer as is Geometry Wars. There's a huge selection now but it'll depend on the type of games you like.

Zuma is a superior game to Luxor 2. They are both marble shooters. Both are basically clones of Puzzloop/Magnetica.
Zuma is more difficult but at the same time, far more more rewarding. Luxor 2 is a mindless-souless imitation. It is very easy, it doles out points and special items like candy whereas Zuma makes you work for it. The boards are also very uninspired. Ooh, Zuma has an Incan theme, lets make ours Egyptian!
If you like a challenging and rewarding puzzle game, you want Zuma. If you want a super easy puzzle game that gets old after a half dozen boards you want Luxor 2.

Has anybody heard any rumors for a volume 2 of the unplugged disc? I read an interview off of Wiki that said "maybe, but nothing to report now". It would be nice to know what games were targeted for that disc so I don't risk a double-dip.

As for the rest of your list, it looks like you are off to a good start. However I would add:
Worms - It's, well, Worms. The developers took the game back to its strategy roots and ditched 98% of the crazy ass "luck-based" weapons. It's primary focus is a MP game, but the single player in this one is very challenging. I easily got about 15-20 hours play time out of the single player alone.
Boom Boom Rocket - great little music game. Fun to wind down an evening of hardcore gaming. Easy to lose track of time playing.
Cloning Clyde - A very fun and unique puzzler-platformer.
Uno - get the Kameo theme for 100pts. The music alone makes it worth it, but the overall style and bonus card are cool as well.
Definitely hit up the demos for BBR and Cloning Clyde.

honestly, i wouldn't recommend the extra decks for uno, unless you KNOW your friends have those decks
you'd be amazed how long you have to wait there for 1 opponent to download the deck from you (about 3-4 minutes, if not more) only to see another person come in, and have that wait once again....then have people leave shortly after DL'n
yuck

Catan, Carcassonne, Geo Wars, Lumines, Pacman ce, bomberman. i can't wait to get my box back to play bomberman.
Unplugged Vol 2 is inevitable. What will be on there though is a question.

I would also recommend Carcassonne, as well as many of the other games mentioned already.
With the potential points deal next week, I plan on getting myself loaded up on points in anticipation of a lot of the arcade games coming out this fall, as well as the inevitable flurry of Rock Band DLC.
EDIT: Saw L&O already mentioned Carcassonne.. Seconded! Best music ever!

Circuit City starting Sunday(courtesy of Speedy, of course).
Buy two 360 accessories for $19.99+ get $20 off. So the plan is to get two cards for $20.
People are buying them now and going to pricematch/get the difference back on Sunday.
