I'm in a northern Atlanta suburb now and the Gamefly turnaround was better, but I sent a game in last Monday and they still haven't received it.

Making a queue counterproductive ('Sorry, you would have got that just-released game that's sitting on the top of your list on Day 1, but since you have Barbie's Horse Adventure listed at #15, we'll send that instead. We're not Netflix') is stupid, bordering on unethical.
Buying games from them is great; renting... not so much.

OT: When I cancelled Gamefly I joined Netflix, and I am now spoiled with next day service.

I know there's never been a time when Netflix slowed the sending of the next movie.
There's been plenty of times already in my short re-subscription with GF where it feels like they've done just that. And my list doesn't all consist of just-released, 'Very Low Availability' titles.
I can envision the place with one 90-year old staffer, thinking, "Ehhhh, my arthritis is acting up; I'm not dealing with another envelope today."

I had gamefly for 4 months and not once did I ever get a game I actually wanted. I had about 40 360 games lined up and never did they ship anything out of the first 20 on my list. Then, when they did ship, it was a 1 week turn-around.
The service sucked so bad I would never recommend it to anyone. At least wasting gas driving to blockbuster I will have a good chance leaving with something worth playing the same day!
You seriously sound like the Gamefly brainwashing marketing department.
Gamefly is teh suck.

I'm talking about the days Gamefly doesn't seem to send out ANY game on the list.
And when they finally do, they'll skip even titles with 'High Availability', to send games lower on your queue, if they're ones that you know aren't seeing a lot of requests from others.
