I realize Wii and PS3(?)have the Turbo Graphix games but if the arcade could snap up the pinball games from that system I'd buy'em.

The 2 new Halo 2 maps are apparently available to download...for a price.

$4 for both maps. Download took about 5-10 minutes. Though I am not certain. I started the download, got ready for work. When I was finished, the maps were done. Played a few minutes on each to check them out. Very nice looking. They should make for some intense, fast passed matches. |
Downloaded the new maps and checked them both out. I like the changes made to both maps and can't wait to play it with a lot of people.
On Tombstone theres an area you can run up a ramp that leads to the top of a large square area. If you look around you'll be tempted to jump over onto the top of a light and then jump over to an "off-map" area cuz it looks like a nice lil sniper spot and easily accessible. Don't waste your time. There isn't an invisible wall there to keep you from getting to the area, but instant death as soon as you jump from the light. |
Anyone check out the HALO 3 multiplayer behind the scenes on Marketplace? I didn't know it was up til yesterday. That new Shield grenade looks hella kickass.

Speaking my sending my 360 in for repair, it looks like it will be delivered to the depot today, a day ahead of schedule. Anyone have any feedback on how long repair time might be? |
im pretty sure they just swap it with one thats already repaired. So just as long as it takes to put a refurb in a box for you.

Hey - didn't I declare this thread should be locked while I'm 360-less? :) |
[unlock]I just got an e-mail saying my 360 has been received at the service center.[/lock]
:D |
I don't spring for many arcade titles but the Mini Golf is something that I will probably get unless the trial is a total abomination.
|
honestly, it takes about 15 minutes to swap out a 360 DVD drive

Any downloaded content is then tied only to the gamertag that purchased it, and other people in the household can't use it. I think they might be working on something to fix this in the Spring update, but it will probably be kept secret and only used internally during repairs to unbind and rebind content to a box.

Rainbow Six Vegas DLC is out (also in the R6:Vegas thread)
|
I don't know how all you people are posting in this locked thread. :D
My 360 is repaired and on its way home. Less than 12 hours in the shop, as far as I can tell. |

They do that. I got an email saying the same thing. It just means the repair is done and sitting ready to ship. UPS hasn't actually picked it up yet.

I'm hopeful that I'll have it by the weekend (it was 2 business days to ship it out there), but I'm not holding my breath. |
Xbox Live Arcade Mini Golf.
Anyone get it yet? Your thoughts? Reviews?
I read this at teamxbox.com sounds kind of "averageish", which sucks because I was REALLY looking forward to this. http://reviews.teamxbox.com/xbox-360...Adventures/p1/ |
