Does anyone have Normality?

I really want to play Normality, so I installed it on my computer (from the actual, store bought disk) but it won't run. After I install it, I get the main menu up (the autorun one that comes up when you put the disc in) and I click on Play Game, but it says I need to install it first, which I have done. I have tried running the game from the exe/bat files in the NORMAL folder, but those just open a dos window and don't do anything. Anyone know how to fix this? I am running WinXP Pro.

I did a quick look and the game is pretty old. You might want to see if it will run in compatibility mode. Right click on the exe and there should be a tab for Compatibility, and try running it in Windows 95 or 98 mode.

Well, I tried setting compatability mode for both 98 and 95, but neither changed anything.

VDMSound usually runs most things for me.
