I just got this game, and started playing it over the weekend.

I find the combat much more involved than your average RPG game, which is nice, but I'm completely clueless as to how to create my own weapons, use the comboing system, or even how to affectively play this game.

Anyone else have any experience with this title?

I suggest going over to gamefaqs and looking up some FAQs. I mean, if I were to give you any advice, that's what I would do first anyway. I remember playing the game and getting frustrated a little with the complex battle system, especially because in the beginning it really seems like you deal very little damage... but I don't remember the details.

I don't remember much about the game as it's been so long since I last played it, but I do remember it being one of the most under-rated games on the PS1. With any luck Sony will have it up for download eventually through their online service.

I've had this game forever and still haven't played it. I'm a big Matsuno fan, too.
