NFL Head Coach question

Does anyone have this game for the PC? (or any other version)

Personally I prefer managment style games. I'm thinking of picking up this game and was hoping for some feedback.

Is it basically a fantasy football style game in that you pick players, tactics etc and try to take a team all the way to the Superbowl?

I'd appreciate any feedback anyone might have, thanks!

I keep hoping this game will make it onto the BC list for the Xbox 360. I also love management type games and would love to be able to play this.
