Wooooot! Finally got my Wii connected to the net! Feel free to send me your Miis! I'll get adding people soon as I get some time to!

Edit: Sweet, it works now. Both you and Deftones are filled in now. |

Looks like I'll be adding everyone who hasn't been added tomorrow night. If I'm greyed out on anyone's list, please let me know. |

I just got my new Wii replacement this weekend. Does the Wii code include my wife's and my Mii or does each Mii have a different code?
Here is my Wii code. 2568 4109 9185 7660. |

Where you found you Wii code, that's the address book. You can register friends there. If someone you register registers you back, you'll be friends. From the Mii Plaza (Mii Channel), you can send Miis to your friends. I just registered you. If you register me back, you'll see what you can do.
Additionally, in your Mii Plaza, there's a option on the upper-right for the "Mii Parade". If you go in there you can turn your "Travel" settings on. Then each of your Miis can be set to "Mingle" (on the name/color/bday/etc screen). If they mingle, then you don't have to actively send the Miis to friends. They'll just wander and show up in their Parades. It sounds complicated, but it really isn't. I'm long-winded too :P |

Now we wait :) Nintendo's system takes a while for our Wiis to shake hands or whatever. When my name turns from grey to black, it worked. Then we can send messages from the Message Center or Address book. We can send Miis from the Mii Channel, there's an envelope icon that allows for that.
The more friends you register, the more random Miis you'll see in the Parade! Plus, eventually online games will make use of your friend list. |

Anyone having any problems getting all of your Mii's to show up on a friends Mii parade? My buddy and me added each other, and we both have 2 Mii's each, and I only see one of his, and he only sees one of mine. Does it take some time for all of them to show up? All of the settings for mingling are turned on and A OK.
|
It just takes a while for them too show up. I didn't have many the first few days, since it's been growing a lot--up to 72 now. Make sure you have Wiiconnect 24 on, and are putting the Wiii in standby rather than off mode.
You get standby by just using the remote power off button, or just pressing the power on the Wii. Off mode you get by holding the power but on the Wii down (won't work with the remote) until the light turns red. Honestly, though I'm not sure that makes a lot of difference as it seems to get new ones while you are playing games too as I had mine off last night, then turned it on and played some Zelda and then checked the Mii channel after that and had many more in the parade and 3 or 4 people had sent me arrived in the lobby. |

Got the last few new ones in, please add me! I'm loving this thing, though I should really be doing other things!

The only way to enter codes is directly into the address book on your console?
It would be so nice if there was a way once you link your nintendo.com account on your console if there would be a section that you could enter them in on the webpage and next time you do an update, it adds them to your address book. I hope that is a feature that is possible in the future. It is time consuming to enter in codes. I've entered in a couple so far, Uncle Gramps and eatntae. I have to finish adding the rest tonight. |
I was busy with some work for school for most of last week, but I finally managed to add everyone in this thread. At least 20 or so names are still grayed out on my list though.
I have already received a few interesting Miis, including Milton from Smackdaddy and Dr. House from Anubis. |

Could someone send me over Dr. House?
|
I am now current through Outlaw. It gets faster entering the codes, but still is tedious when you have to enter more than 5.

scoot0903 and KaBOB - neither of your friend codes seem to work. You might want to double-check them.
I've got everyone else, including SomeVoices, added now, so you should be able to send your Miis to me. I'll have to report who still needs to add me later, as I know some of the people who I just added have already added me, but they're not showing up as bold yet for me. |
Here's mine, please add.

KaBOB works for me. Check his post. His number is 1070 9239 3638 6763.
abrg923 mixed up a couple numbers. Scoot doesnt work for me either, though. I think I have everyone. If I'm grayed out on your Wii, let me know because I probably missed you. 13 pages. I hope they expand the address book soon. |
Just picked up my Wii yesterday anyone who wants to feel free to add me, I think I have got all of the codes from the first page entered. My code is in my sig.
