20% off Friends and Family at Toys R Us

This was posted over at techbargains.com. I saw an employee with one of these the other day. The coupon is good for 20% off of a $75 or more purchase. Below is the link:

For videogames, keep in mind that the buy 2 get 1 free deal is coming up the week after (10/22)

Can't believe I missed that. I focused on the fine print, but not the BOLDED fine print.

Adjusted first post.

Wow. I totally forgot about this deal. I've been wanting a few games so I think I'll wait a bit longer.

Here's to hoping/dreaming/wishful thinking they'll put out some Wii games early to take advantage of this (the 2 for 1, I mean).

Damn, I forgot all about the buy 2 get 1 free deal coming up. That will work out nice for those getting GOW and COD3. Plus all the Wii games coming out.

I'm trying to remember, but isn't it only a one week sale? If so, and the sale starts 10-29 (week after 10-22 as posted above), then those two games (11-7) won't fall into the sale timeframe.

But, I can't remember the how long the sale lasts.

Does Toys R Us sell M rated games? I would like to take advantage of the Buy 2 Get 1 Free but do they carry Saints Row and Dead Rising?

xbox, gc, ps2 and 360. Mix and match buy 2 get 1 free. They've been doing this sale for years. Should be next week or the week after.

20% off code for website: TRUFRIENDFAMILY
Also works on preorders! Hopefully the B2G1 free will as well.

They also have Splinter Cell for the 360 showing up under 2 different prices, $49.99 and $59.99.

It also looks like they ship items as they recieve them.

The B2G1F deal starts the day after the 20% code ends. 10/22/06-10/28/06. You can return and/or exchange games with a reciept within 30 days. This deal gives you 3 xbox 360 or Wii games for $40 each. I'm not sure if this deal in online or not. Can anyone confirm this from last years deal?

It was last year, but they were part of Amazon back then.

Returning a single game from the B2G1Free is always YMMV.

are they preselling Wii games next week? I thought they were more strict last year about returns for future games?

Like flash said, it's probably YMMV. While not the most ethical, you could exchange it at Wal-mart.
