definitely is something up with that
too bad GT4 is not out of the PSP either |
From what I real at CAG, it's the Value pack (headphones, case 32 mb card), not the Entertainment pack (ATV game, Lords Of Dogstown UMD, 1 gb card) that's $199.99 now.

Ok, FINALLY Fry's in LA had the sale on Gurumin, so I picked it up. This isn't related to drill dozer, right? odd that there would be two games about little girls with drills... those wacky Japanese developers...

saw some core PSPs at CC... I don't the see value bundle though, that's why i think i got confused with the entertainment bundle... either way, i don't see why the core and entertainment bundle should remain at regular price when the value bundle dropped by $50. |
full auto 2 = crap
virtua tennis 3 = near-perfect port I should be able to check out the new DBZ game today or tomorrow |
HMMMM, shopping around for a used PSP, damn, the thing is still selling like hot cake (i want to get it under $120, since that's pretty much the price of a new DS).
I can't believe a cracked screen PSP sold for over $80! That's crazy.... |
yea, i really want to get a second one, but I'm looking to pay under 100. i guess i can wait a while
|
ah, i c, we're in the same boat :)
yeah, after getting the Nodus for $55 (on sale in CC), i felt like to get another PSP just to sit in there :) I got my PSP packed in the stealth case and i hate to take it out... Now you mentioned it, i want to get one under $100 as well, no luck!!! I guess i could wait... After all, the new design is coming... |
well, if they make a new design, I'll definitely be interested
I actually had 2 for a short while, but decided to give one to a friend. It was a nice gesture, sure, but it was like, as soon as I gave it away, i regretted it  anyway, how do you think Oblivion will be on the PSP when it comes out later in April? |
Oblivion is supposed to be pretty much a dungeon crawler on the PSP. I might get it if it offers quests and stuff that aren't already in the 360 version, but otherwise I'll skip.
|
I'm sure I'll get it regardless, especially since I only played the 360 one for 15 hours, then sold it
I was just wondering it was the same game, or dumb downed a good deal, etc |
anyone hear anything about God of War on the PSP?
I haven't tried the ps2 games, but I'm excited to check it out |

"Foremost amongst Barlog's revelations was new information about the God of War PlayStation Portable game, which was initially revealed by a flyer inside boxed retail copies of God of War II. Unlike fellow PSP fantasy-action-adventure Prince of Persia Revelations, which was merely a reworked version of the console title Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, Kratos' first portable adventure will feature an original story. "We're not gonna do a port," emphasized Barlog. "This isn't gonna be God of War I on the PSP, this is gonna be an all new adventure that ties into the overarching story. So if we go on to make a God of War III, the PSP [version] will tie directly into what we're doing in the overall story. ... My big strategy for this entire franchise is that there's never going to be some solo, separated thing. Everything's going to deal with the overall plot." |
I can't wait to see PSPLITE coming out.
|
have any details on that new version?
2nd analog maybe? |

They've been very vague about details but have said that it would somehow work within the mythos they've created. I'm thinking that the PSP game could be about the brother being cast out and his Hades adventure and working his way back to Sparta and confronting Kratos as the final boss. Of course he can't kill Kratos, but in defeating him, he earns the respect and is allowed back into the fold, as it were. This would then set the stage for God of War 3 on PS3 which would then have his reborn brother as a playable character for some co-op play with different weapons and style from Kratos. Just a theory (and hope) :) |
If God of War makes to the PSP, i'll get it in a heart beat... I'm playing it on the PS3 right now and enjoyed the game very much. Who can say no to women revealing their boobs? can't wait to play GoW2 and ultimately GoW3 on the PS3, Sony holdng off the 3 on purpose eh? to match the 3s...

I just got Puzzle Quest Challenge of The Warlords and I have to say I'm extremely pleased. An RPG/Puzzle Hybrid done very nicely. It's immersive, great story, fun, looks very nice on my PSP screen and has great music. On the puzzle side of the game, you have to match 3 like colored gems on a grid to initiate your battle commands. You get to travel to new places, open new quests, customize your citadel, you can even acquire monsters to keep. As you progress in the game, you gain better weapons, greater abilities, etc. For me, this is one of the best games I have bought for the PSP this year.
I have to say the available library of quality games for the PSP is getting quite impressive. |
Ah, sounds like i'm going to give Puzzle Quest Challenge a try.
|
Puzzle Quest is highly recommended.
BTW, looks like the PSP is $169.99 now. |
