Does anyone have an Uninterruptable Power Supply hooked up their consoles/hts?
 

As of today I do.

I was playing TLoZ: Four Swords Adventure this afternoon and was at the last stage of the last guy and we had a short power outage (20 secs) and my TV and Gamecube turned off.

Needless to say, I was unhappy.

I have a UPS (5 min backup) that I'm not currently using so I hooked it my TV and GC so that it didn't happen again.

I know all y'all probably use surge protectors, but does anyone have their stuff connected to a UPS?

Just curious.

I have one. Mostly because its got a tun of outlets on it though.

I have my HDTV, Satellite, and Theater System connected to an UPS. It came in handy on Saturday night for me. The kids were watching a movie when the power went out for about 10 minutes. They didn't even realize anything had happened.

I have one on my computer and monitor, but not on my gaming consoles/TV.

Nope, no plans to get one.

I am thinking of adding one as I have lost power twice this fall and both times have knocked out my cable box and cable for about 10 minutes after a 10-20 second outage.

One question, would I just hook up my Monster HTS-2600 power conditioner/surge protector to this?

I use a pretty good surge protector that I bought when I worked in retail. No UPS though.

Nope. We never really have power issues here.
