New PS2 Greatest Hits
I just read over at Cheapassgamer that there is a new batch of PS2 Greatest Hits coming out any day now. It looks like a pretty decent lineup.
Shadow of the Collossus
Jak X
Sly Cooper 3
Ratchet Deadlocked
Socom III
I actually saw Shadow of the Collossus in the Greatest Hits packaging at Best Buy today. It still rang up at 39.99 though.

Cool. I 'll be sure to get those except for Socom III. Never played any of the previous Socom games so I'm not sure if I'd like it.

So I grabbed a copy of Shadow of the Collossus this weekend, and got a little ways into it. I like it, but I guess I'm kind of confused why everyone says this game has great graphics? The colossi look good, but the environments look like something a PS1 copy of Tomb Raider coughed up.

Especially the colossi - the...well, shit that was growing out of them got pretty crazy as you move along.

I've been meaning to rent, "Shadow of the Colossus," for a while now. I think I replied earlier in this thread, saying that I'd possibly buy Socom III. I really want to play it online, now that I have high-speed internet (I've owned the first one for a while, but I just got high-speed a few months ago and I figured everyone would have moved on to the second or third games.)
Would the USB cable from the 360 work for the PS2? I assume it would, but I just want to make sure before I consider buying the game (not that I wouldn't also play the single player missions.)
