Winning Streak - Win 10 hands in a row. I've been reading about how they're going to do it and if it's true, it should be well done. You won't have unlimited play money. If you run out, you have to compete in free tournaments to earn more. And of course, the better tournaments require the play money. I hope it's true. They could make it really cool with some effort. |
True, but that'll be legalities that MS certainly doesn't want to deal with. Play money that matters is a reasonable alternative.

Looks like I'll have to wake up a little early tomorrow so I can download SF2 and get in a few matches before I have to head out for work.

Has anyone mentioned Worms? I saw this was coming out for the arcade. Apparently not too far off either. :)
Now if I could just get a Lemmings for either the Arcade or DS I'd be happy. |
Multiplayer Worms would be a blast. I'd be all over that for 400 points.

Worms??? :up::up:

As long as it isn't the 3D crappy worms i would jump on that as well.
I really wish though they would do a version of Moonbase Commander. One of the most fun simple little multplayer games. It came out as a budget title on the PC several years back and i heard about it from Penny Arcade. They were right - it was a good deal of fun. |

Anyway, we probably will see a varying range of tournaments for prizes, most likely for marketplace points at the start. |

Yup...well, there's one more coming soon that is getting a skip it. But, sadly it's another DS game.

Just bought 2000 points strait from MS. Its cheaper at 25 bux, since 1600 points in stores is 20 + tax, you pay just a couple bux more and get 400 more points. Anyway, i already bought uno and will be buying SF2 immediately. I expect to be in the top 10 by tommorow morning =)

14.99 + tax with Best Buy gamer gift card coupon! Thanks to DVDKrayzie :)

Where did you buy them from? You mean straight from your 360 unit? |

Question:
When I got my 360 I transferred over my live account and put the original xbox away. Now I want to get a XBox game that's not back-compat. Can I hook up my old xbox and still play on Live or do I have to wait and hope that they get it going in back-compat? |

You can use your live account on any Xbox, they just can't be signed in at the same time. |
downloading sf2 HF. will report back with how it is.
Ninjaedit The lag seems NON Existant most of the time! Its astonishing. Ive done 5 or 6 wins in a row, no problem. 0 losses. I dont think its keeping score properly tho, my stats dont list anything under Your Rank. I did get into a game with a LOT of lag, and during gameplay, my xbox 360 froze up on me and i had to reset it via front button. Hopefully its a fluke and ill completely avoid laggy matches from now on. However, the first few matches were magical! |
I'm also downloading SFII.
|
I'll be on there playing in about five minutes. See you if you're on there. (and I expect a ****load of Ryu's.)

Update: After reading the "How to play" section under options, it describes the ranking system and says you need to play 20 matches before you get ranked. |
