Shadow Dancer - Statue of Liberty boss (girl in boots with saw blades)

Hello,

I have problems to liquidate the young woman in latex boots on the Statue of Liberty in stage 3-3 from the Sega Genesis / Mega Drive game Shadow Dancer. She is not a breeze, she is a strong and hard to beat enemy.
Could anybody give me tips for eliminate the girl?
I would be very grateful for every help.

Regards

Jan

ditto!

This quote is the BEST I've ever seen since I've been a member on this forum.

I'm not ragging on you grapey, that's just a beautiful quote. Incidentally, why are you trying to "liquidate" her?

This thread should be archived alone with the "Phantom" thread as a true classics. Years from now when mutant, car-sized cockroaches are roaming the earth they will stumble on these threads and regard them as we did the novels of the Bronte Sisters or H.G. Wells.

GameFAQs is your best friend when you need help getting through a game. It has FAQs for pretty much every game ever made. Even Pac-man has a FAQ on there.

The suspense is killing me!!!! Is she liquidated or still in solid form? When she is liquidated do her sawblades and boots suffer the same fate? What about the statue of liberty?

Damnit I haven't slept in 3 days. Your silence is deafening grape-ape!

Venom Monkey's response in the blood-sport link is classic.
So is the turtle on the rottentomato board.

The girl must have unimaginable and indescribable pain in her elimination phase, what you can see on her killing pose, in which she is tightening and bending her left booted leg extremely strong, her head is falling behind and her hair is standing on end, so it seems, she is in a state of shock, because obviously she still cannot realize, that she is killed and the death is immediately and inevitable, because she is much too young to die and the death is coming absolutely unexpected and much too fast for her.

I have 2 questions for you:

How old could be the girl?

If she is liquidated, suffer her boots the same fate?

What are your opinions about that?

Regards

grape

These phrases come to mind: OMG, BBQ, and WTF. And not necessarily in that order.

Grape78, did you succeed in liquidating her? She was one of the easiest bosses in the game.

I think it's awesome that it took him 13 months to finally see her painful elimination phase.

Few people, if any, have ever seen it. She's one of the hardest bosses in the history of videogames. A friend said he liquefied her once, but I called him a liar and punched him the face.
