PS3 - Slow and Broken

First reports on the PS3's cell processor are bad. Very bad.

Looks like yet another PS3-bashing blog entry from a 360 fanboy to me.

Yeah, all this loser nerd bashing of processor specs is pointless anyway. Just wait and see how the games run.

The GC specs got bashed repeatedly, and almost all ports looked better than the PS2 version and almost as good as the X-box version, not to mention phenomenal looking games like RE4.

Yeah, that article is crap. At least judge these systems on actual games and not meaningless specs.

I don't play any console games whatsoever, only PC games - so it makes no difference to me.

I think he meant the writer of the article, not you.

This thread is useless. Can we please close it?

kakihara1 06-05-06 11:29 AM

Yep he definitely meant the author of the article and it is pure crap. Sony always inflates their performance numbers and never meet them in the end. But so long as the games play like they're supposed to who cares? :)

Liver&Onions 06-05-06 11:42 AM

Shitty article. Adds absolutely nothing of value to any console discussion we have here. And to prevent a thread that could easily spin out of control, this thread is closed.
