Let's show some love for the Live Arcade

I know that I can't be the only one enamored with the arcade. Regardless of what I'm playing I always think "Hmmm, I wonder how I can do in Geometry Wards tonight" Even last night I was playing Getting Up on the old xbox, then before shutting down for hte night I popped on Geo Wars for a quick 15 run. Manage to grab two more achievments out of it too, so that was a good night!

My friends list is short with Geo Wars players, and I'm actually #2 on it...but want to fill it up with other players to keep the challenge up. If you have the game, send me a friend invite so we can compete!

I was playing that last night too. I'm addicted to Marble Blast Ultra. I still haven't been able to break 200,000 in GW yet though. I think I'm at like 197,000. I've played these two games more than all my retail games combined.

I'm just about done with MBU. I think I have 4 or 5 levels left in Advanced to complete under par. After that I just have to get the random achievements. My tag is Murdoc if you want to add me to your list.

Zuma is the most inexplicably relaxing game ever made.

Geometry Wars is the most inexplicably aggrivating game ever made.

And both are fun as hell I just got a HDTV and Geometry Wars was the first game I played hehe.

ZUMA!

I just passed 400,000 the other day, but I'm still stuck on 8-5

But that was the best 10 bucks I ever spent!

Zuma gives me damn hand cramps. I can't past level 3-3 . I find it much easier to use the mouse on my computer for the game.

Feel free to add me. I'm pretty confident I'd be tops at Mutant Storm Reloaded.

That said, I have every Arcade game except for Hearts and Billiards. My plan is to buy every single one which shouldn't be hard seeing as they come out on average, every 352 years.*

(Running average since the start of human civilization).

Is that based on Creationalism or Darwinism?

I'm the same way. I think I'm done for the night then I load up a 15 minute game of something off the arcade.

Zuma. My nemesis. I bought Full Auto on release day and it sat collecting dust because of Zuma until this week. After about 3 weeks on level 12, I finally defeated it. Ended with 1.3 mil. Still a ways off for the 2 mil. acheivement. That will come in time, but for now, I'm on a Zuma break to play Full Auto & Burnout(next week).

Well so long as you're rounding we'll make it 500k and double that is a million so it looks like you'll have some work cut out.

Biaaaatch!

I've got PLENTY of time if you're shooting for the million. Thankfully Oblivion is coming out which should let you get some practice in GW while I'm joining various guilds.

Yeah I guess I hadn't thought about that I won't be getting much GW in once Oblivion comes out.

I need to buy GW sometime. I've pretty much only played Hexic. My best is 206k in Marathon and 135k in Survival. Not very high on the leaderboards though.
