PSP Commerical...W. T. F.

"It's like cheese you can listen to outside."

Words fail me. People like to bash Nintendo's commericals, but seriously, the ad where the kid gets all the honeys because he plays Nintendogs was like the finest works of Shakespeare compared to that. :whofart:

Leechboy 01-07-06 01:04 AM

Agreed 100%

NitroJMS 01-07-06 03:35 AM

It looks like Sony hired Quiznos' marketing firm.

grim_tales 01-07-06 04:03 AM

WTF?
I thought Nintendo's marketing was bad, getting Bill Oddie (or someone that sounds like him) to whisper and advertise Nintendogs in the UK, but that sounds bonkers :)

The one I don't get is where someone plays a game for a little bit and throws it to someone else, who does the same.

No one in his right mind would throw a PSP. If it's not caught, bye bye PSP.

johnglass 01-07-06 09:19 AM

Yeah, and that one commercial with the horses playing football. Like horses could really play football.

"It's like a nut you can play with outside"

Yeah, and how many states is this legal in?

Green Smurf 01-07-06 09:47 AM

It's like watching paint dry?

I hate these commerical they make no sense and would not get a PSP just because these commercials suck.

I wouldn't get one anyway but that's besides the point.

The one I keep seeing for the PSP is with two dust clumps with Cheech voices talking about watching carpet. Then the PSP is advertised as carpet you can watch outside.

Demontooth 01-07-06 10:33 AM

I pulled a hamstring running to the store to get one after seeing the dust clump commercial

The Bus 01-07-06 11:28 AM

Being a dust clump myself, I could totally relate. I bought 50.
