can someone help me stream media to my xbox 360?

Okay, I got my xbox360 to play songs from the ipod when directly connected and to stream mp3s from my laptop using Windows Media Connect. I can't get the xbox to play itunes songs from the laptop however ( I set the itunes folder as shared in Windows Media Connect, but I can't see the songs on the Xbox360) any ideas?

the 360 can only play UNPROTECTED itunes songs, and you'll need to download the ACC patch (free download) from the marketplace.

I downloaded the patch to get it to play from the ipod directly, but it doens't play from the laptop, which has the iTunes that the iPod uses. I assume unprotected songs are those ripped from CDs and not bought from iTunes?
