Custom Soundtrack for NFS Most Wanted for XBOX 360?

How do you enable this?

You can do THIS with any game:

HIT the XBOX Guide Button (nice shiny silver one)
Then, navigate to your music folder and play. It's cool and not cool. It'll play over everything...it's basically just having your stereo on in the background.

Got it. I see what you mean about playing over everything. Liked the old x-box version better. Oh well!

Yep, I don't like how they're using custom soundtracks on the 360. I can turn on my CD player to play over the game. What made this a great feature on the original Xbox is that it would play your tunes in place of the ones on the game disc, stopping the music for menus and cut scenes, etc. Now it's just one big steady stream of music.

I didn't know that. That is pretty lame. I loved the feature on the first Xbox. So does the music have to be on the HDD to do this or can you use an ipod, mp3 player, etc.?

It'll play from your HD, iPod, Media Center PC, etc...
