GBA-SP

Of course I do not yet own the PSP or DS. If I find a deal under $100 this may change.

Actually, I think the SP is too small. My hands cramp far faster playing it than the DS, a console controller, or even the original advance. It also helps that most DS games make you switch between normal controls and stylus, so there's not quite as much repetitive motion. But yeah, when I used the SP regularly, I had to buy one of those plastic attachments that made it wider, just so my hands wouldn't cramp up so soon.

I don't see how it defeats the purpose. The purpose of a PSP is to, in essence, have a PS2 and multimedia center in your hands. It accomplishes that, for the most part, but in order to show off PS2-esque graphics, it needs load times. It would defeat the purpose of a DS, I agree, but the PSP is a completely different piece of hardware.

I dunno I was reading on another thread that a psp wrestling game has regular 3 minute loads. Since many of my portable gaming sessions are literally 5-10 minutes then yes, it would defeat the purpose of a portable for me.

Well... I don't use it much, but I only own a GBA.

I'd be interested in a PSP, but not til they come down to about $100.

The GBC is the most underrated portable ever, and such a short life span, so many new games could have still come out for it, so many NES ports..... GBC RIP 1998-2002
