Picked one up at Duarte Target in Socal. It was incredible- I went in at 9:30 an hour and a half after they opened and they still had them boxed up behind the counter- all 4 they got in. Only Premiums too. I went to Burbank Target at 8am and they had 4 that they were selling to people who had been waiting since before they opened.
A tale of two cities.

Yes it is. I paid the extra 12 bucks for overnight shipping and I already got the shipment notice. Not the greatest deal but I plan on ebaying half the package to try to recoup some of the money.

It looks like they took the page down. It was showing the premium console in stock without a bundle. It allowed me to order one before it disappeared. I already received a confirmation email, though I expect the order will be cancelled.

I had one inmy cart but it said "We are sorry, but the item you tried to add to your cart is currently unavailable. If you wish, you can click the "Back" button on your browser and add a different item to your shopping cart.
" after I put my billing information in.

Why is anyone even bothering with gamestop? They can't even fill the preorders they have much less let anyone online have one.

Gamestop retail stores and Gamestop.com are ran seperately. A couple of people over at the xbox.com forums have called the customer service line at gamestop.com, and these orders are confirmed.

I got mine in within the first couple of minutes, so no more running from store to store. Pretty psyched.

Speaking of gamestop and preorders, has anyone had their preorders filled since the launch? I think i was number 70 or so and they fulfilled 50 at the launch. At least that's what I think I remember the guy telling me on the phone. I also think they were gonna call me when they had one for me. Obviously I didn't get a call yet.

That doesn't mean they won't ship you the games and/or accessories before the console. I wouldn't order from Gamestop even if they had non bundles available. Based on what I have heard, they suck at shipping. Not just the 360's either.

They DID have non-bundles available, for about 20 minutes. That's what I'm referring to when I say I ordered one. I have overnight shipping, and it's scheduled to ship within 24 hours, so I should have it by Friday.

Gamestop orders

People in slickdeals have confirmed that orders will be shipped but not in 24 hours. I don't know how much of that is true but I do know that they are still filling those bundle deals they had couple of days ago. Some guy was still in processing and he order his last thursday. I hope all the people that got in on the deal, gets it. Wish I did too.....=)

Apparently there are some more bundles on Amazon via Target for $839. Definitely too much for me. It'd be over $900 after tax and that's not including shipping.

Seriously, all I want to do is walk in to a store, grab a premium, a game, and be on my merry way, all for less than $500.

Funny, I actually changed my mind and decided to order one, and it's of course out of stock.

If you order directly from target website and apply a 10% code, it would have been a little over $800 including shipping and tax. Now there is a whole discussion if the Xbox360 was a core or premium system because the other bundle they have states that it comes with all the extra goodies.

http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html...sin=B000BZ720A

and the weight is different too.
