how many hours are you camping out at BB for Xbox 360?

I am thinking around 2:00am, around 7 hours. What are you guys doing???

if they have a 12:00am opening just choose the appropriate number of hours and don't go by the time itself.

I'm going to the midnight release. I'll be there around 3 or 4 pm.

If anyone is pitching a tent over a game console, they are in for one lonely life.

Did you forget that some of the Best Buys are going to be doing midnight sales? Your last poll option is going to be kind of skewed because of this.

I'm thinking of checking out the line at BB at 7am and seeing if I can get a number, but I'll probably end up across the street at Costco for the 10am openning. I'm hoping BB will give out some better coupons than what I've seen already.

I'm thinking of getting one when I don't have to actually pitch a tent or camp out.

I would seriously recommend just showing up at Target when they open and buying one there. I have never had to camp out for a console. Target usually has enough to last most of the first day.

The thing is - thanks to the BB allocation numbers being leaked, you should know right away whether you'll get one or not. I plan to check a few around 2 am, and if the count of people waiting exceeds the count of premium systems for that store, I'll be back home in bed by 3, and I'll hit up Target in the AM

I'm shooting for the midnight release at walmart supercenter. I don't know if all walmarts are launching at midnight or not.
I called the one 24 hour one and they said at 10pm they are issuing tickets for systems to puchase at midnight. I'll be getting there about 3-4 hours early to wait for the 10pm ticket issue. If I don't get one, I'll be home around 11pm and then wake up to hit Target or a Costco in the morning.

I keep going back and forth in my head about what I'm gonig to do. At first I was going to do the Wal-mart, but my wal-mart in Plainfield is new so I doubt they are getting a lot of system, so then I thought about doing the sams club bundle at 7am. However, my new plan is to check out Best Buy around 2-3am and if there's people there I will stand in line as long as they are not over the amount of systems for the premium. If they are I will head to Sams Club.

Wow.. called a walmart closer to my house, it seems that all walmarts are doing the midnight launch.
The one I usually go to is getting 10 systems and there are people in line already, close to 10 people.

The one I'm planning on going to is getting 20 prem and 20 core and has 3-4 people in line. Hopefully my getting there around 4-5pm is enough to get one.

Another one near me is getting 2 premium systems only and has had 2 people in line since 1am today.

Canis, I wouldn't trust any Wal-Mart that claims to be getting 20 premium systems. If you're first in line, great, but that number is way too high.

True.. it's a super walmart, not that that makes a difference.
But 3 people I've spoken with on different days all said 20 systems.

I'll find out for sure when I get there to wait in line and when midnight rolls around.

Tip: The last console launch (Gamecube), I went to Kmart. I got there an hour before, and there were only a couple folks in line. They didn't have a lot, but they had enough for the handful of people that thought to go there.

I may be able to sneak into to CompUSA to get one. That may be a place that people forget to go to. That's if I decide to go 360 hunting tomorrow.
