Seaman: a Journey
 

Day 1
The egg broke apart and little mushrooms with eyes sprang out. I talked to them a bit but they didn't say much because they didn't have a mouth. I notice I had a little monster in a shell out the bottom of the tank so I tapped it. The little mushroom swam over to see why I was tapping the monster. The monster then proceeded to eat the mushrooms.

My goodness after eating four of the mushrooms the monster started shaking so I picked it up to do cpr. That stopped the monsters shaking. I decided to tap it again to check if it was well and do you know here come the little mushrooms again. And yep they got eaten. This made the monster really sick. I tried to grab it but couldn't. The shaking grew worst and the monster was spraying black blood all over the place. I stood back in a state of shock.

Suddenly something amazing happen. 7 ugly fish with human faces ripped out of the monsters body. I turned up the air to 100 and heated the tank to 19.9 so the little guys will feel ok. I then talked to them and told them to fear Hell.

Day 2

The human face fish have sinned. They have killed two of their brothers. I'm sure they will go to hell now. I talk to them but all they say is baby talk that makes no sense. I can only hope that these five human fish will not turn on each other again.

I raise the air to 100 and heat the tank to 19.9

Day 3
I am down to 3 human face fish. They just won't stop killing. Perhaps if I fed them they would not eat each other. But do they deserve food after what that have done. All they do is kill and tell me how upset they are with me. One of them had the nerve to see he was going to eat me. Well I did tell him he was going to die, but I'm his momma. Kids shouldn't say things like that even if they are fish.

hmmm no the human face fish will get no food until they start acting like adult human face fish instead of insane killers. Perhaps latter today I'll check up on them to see if they have changed their ways. If not maybe I'll turn up the heat so they'll get a taste of hell.

I absolutely loved the Seaman "game." Funny as can be.

Don't torture your Seaman.

Day 4

My greatest fears has been realized. I am now down to 2 human face fish. Mr Spock tells me this is a natural process, but I think he is lying to me. He just wants me to let him out of the basement. He'll stay tied up in the dark place until he starts telling me the truth about these creatures.

Any way for sinning once again I turn up the heat. The effect is instant. The human face fish start screaming that it is to hot. Well it is going to be a lot hotter where you are going mister human face fish.

A few hours later
Mr Spock tells me I'm doing a good job but I slap him when he suggest I take care of his seaman. I not some sick gay captain Kirk. If he keeps talking like that I wont cook the dead human face fish and make him eat it raw.

But back to the fish. I am happy to report that have not killed again. To reward their good behavior I ask Neo for a red food pellet from the matrix. The human face fish eat it up and look happy. Perhaps they have found goodness. One ask me if I am male or female. I tell him both. The reaction I got was most troubling. The human face fish leered at me and told me I was his "special" girl. I think the devil might be in these fish. However, I am special so I wont punish him or her or whatever it is.

Does anyone else wish they hadn't missed this game?

I'm definitely wanting to go the ebay route, and break out the Dreamcast.

This was a fantastically erotic game. I wish they'd rerelease it for the Ds. I can only imagine the emotions that would run through the fallout of the gameon the road.

Especially when he slings his own fecal matter at you. I almost teared up at my Seaman turning into a teenager.

Can you use any microphone with this game? Some people on ebay don't have the mics.

I think you definitely need the attachment that plugs into the Controller socket. It's kind of annoying as the prices for this game creep ever slightly into rare territory (when most DC games can be had for dirt cheap).

i have the japanese version for PS2, very much a different version, same in concept, but different, amusing stuff.

I am very tempted to take out my Dreamcast so I can play this again.

This game is one of only 2 or 3 reasons I have my Dreamcast still hooked up to a TV. :up:

Day 5-7

The human face fish are doing well. I have given one a name. A name that seems to fit it perfectly. I call him Evil. He comes to me when I call and all is good.

The fish haven't given me any problems but they have the bad habit of throwing poo from their heads. Gross indeed. I ignore this for the most part because them give me good advice from time to time. Evil told me of an insect cage. This is cage used to raise food for the human face fish. Once a few insect egges hatch I grab a couple and store them in the matrix where they can fight Agent Smith until I'm ready to feed them to Evil and the other fish. I leave one bug in the cage to grow big and strong.

The human face fish haven't asked me any question of late. Perhaps I put the fear of the holy one in them. I must make note to try and be nicer.

Was Seaman released in the US on the PS2? I looked on ebay and ebgames, but didn't get any hits.

Yeah I assume not, the first I heard of a ps2 seaman was reading that article about planned seaman 2.. someone else might be able to correct me.
