with all the hacks out, is there a way to play homemade videos encoded to full res of psp?

Yea, that is why I did not post a link to any sites that tell of how to do this. No one watches "home made videos" on their PSP, all they watch are either legit UDMs or bootlegg stuff.

full resolution, meaning 480 x 272
