A&E Intervention -- next episode?? UPDATE: MAY 1st!!!
 

I may have heard it wrong but I was watching A&E tonight and during the commercials there was a promo for "Intervention" -- their new reality series:

During the promo (really wasn't paying attention) but I thought I heard something like (female voice) -- "he cares more about his video games than me" .....errrr, something to that effect.

Well, nothing on the website as of yet and I believe this is a new episode airing Sunday, 4/24.

Just a heads up . . . not sure, it may have been a generic promo for the show.

Edit: The preview at the end of tonight's show has the Video Gaming Addict. When I went to the website last Thursday (after posting this, having seen the promo) it had episode #7 airing tonight 4/24 and I noticed they changed it soon after to #2 (gambling & shopping addicts). Tonight was a repeat and #7 is NEXT WEEK, 5/1.

The stories of two people who need the intervention of family and friends to save them from their addictions. Renee's eating disorder has become so dangerous that it is threatening her health, marriage, finances, and even the custody of her two small children. And Peter is so addicted to video games that he identifies himself as the characters in the games he plays and refers to other characters as people he hangs out with.

Hmm... might have to watch this with the wife, just to show her that hey, I could be worse!
