Hack 'n Slash PC Games Compatible with Gamepad

Does anyone know of any PC hack 'n slash games that are compatible with a gamepad? Similar in style to the console Baulder's Gate and Champions of Norath games.

An action-based RPG that depends on simple button clicks for attacks.

Examples: Diablo, the console Baldure's Gate games.

Also, fighting games (not vs fighting) can also be considered hack 'n slash.

Also specified this in my post.

Crap - I'm forgetting the name of a game that came out back in 1998 or so. It was basically an updated version of Gauntlet, but with a comic bent, and it was a lot of fun. I'm sure that was gamepad-compatible.

It absolutely is. I even know of folks who refuse to play it any other way.

But don't take my word for it, download the trial and try for yourself:

Will do. Just read up on a few reviews and it wasn't mentioned. Thanks!

Downloaded the trial and I see no option to allow the control via a controller, just the mouse. Any idea how to go about enabling gamepad play? I tried to google the answer, but I can't even find a mention of using a controller with this game.

Crap, maybe I'm wrong...it's been a while since I've played. But I could swear that I tried it with a Gamepad (but didn't like it).

I'll see if I still have this installed on my PC at home and see if I can get it to work.

It would be a cool game by the looks of it with a gamepad. I still don't think there are any of this type of game that is able to use a gamepad.

I do believe you are thinking about Get Medieval.

I remember playing this for a short time back when it first came out several years ago (Gamespot shows a release date of 7/31/98). It is definitely just about identical to Gauntlet.
