Dreamcast System Question!?

Can the US Dreamcast system play PAL games?

Can a Boot Disc fix that? or do I really need to buy a PAL system?

I have Headhunter and Shenmue II (evil twin) as well, and they all automatically convert from PAL to NTSC when you run them on a domestic DC w/ a boot disk or gameshark DC.

Also if you happen to be using a VGA connection. ie to a monitor
Pal won't effect your screen.

I also believe there's a boot disc called DC-X or something and it lets you choose to boot in pal or ntsc.
