The new EGM review has a sidebar about the extras in the game. They say it includes 'a bazillion' secret bonuses, from new multiplayer maps and characters to emulations of Xevious and other old NAMCO shooters. Doesn't say if the emulations are the NES versions or arcade.

Looks like it's short if you just want to get to an ending, but much longer if you play until you unlock everything.

I just got back from my BBV and they have 4 copies for rent now. I passed, since I have other things to do this week. Maybe in the future.

But as for the other extra unlockable things in the game, my interest is peaked again... but I'll wait for it to hit $30 or so.

Smart move. I'll pick it up too when it hits $30. It's worth that! It's a fun game.

Sounds pretty good, I loved Starfox 64. That game had some of the best one-liner's in a game. And good replayability too. i've been waiting for another shooter of this kind to come out.
