The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap!!

Shipping date is the 11th, just a matter of when stores get it in and on the shelves. Game stores usually get it on the night of the shipping date or the next morning. Other stores usually wait until 2 or 3 days later so they can advertise a release date in their flyers and know they'll have them available for sure on that date.
Would be much easier if games went with set release dates like DVDs and CDs.

I look forward to impressions. The reviews have me craving new Zelda goodness....
Too bad I won't be able to pick it up for my return flight to Boston, I checked out the Gamestop down here in Jacksonville and they don't think they will have it in time for me to buy it in time for my flight. That's ok though, I look forward to sitting on my couch this weekend with the NFL games on in the background as I play a new top down Zelda.... (too bad i'm married, I bet there are thousands of ladies that would want to get to know me after i typed that last sentence )

I played through the first dungeon yesterday and liked what I saw. The game looks gorgeous, easily the prettiest 2D Zelda to date that I've played. The new additions - Minish Cap, Gust Jar - seemed like they'll be pretty cool, too. So far, so good.

Bought it last night, played in on my DS at about 10:30pm, before I knew it, it was nearly midnight! Time really flew by playing this. Very fun, and really brought back the feeling of playing the SNES Zelda (Yah, I don't remember the names of the games, sue me ). The Gust Jar is pretty cool. Some of the graphics are really awesome. But as a whole, the game looks great. So, I'm not playing 3 games concurrently. XX/XY, X-Men:Legends, and now Zelda.
I think Zelda has just won most of my spare time.

LOL, that would be Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past. And yes, you're right about the feeling of SNES nostalgia while playing this game! It is cool (so far) that they added Ezlo the talking hat. Reminds me of Navi from The Ocarina of Time. Thank goodness he doesn't scream, "HEY! LISTEN!" I'm in the first dungeon now--had my phone stopped ringing off the hook last night, I woulda been further. This is one of those games that I just want to keep playing and playing straight through. Thanks to Mother Nature's arctic blast, the GB player and I will be spending some quality time with Minish Cap this weekend

I'm beaten the first 2 dungeons, and the bosses were rather easy. I hope they get a little more difficult later on in the game. Although somewhat easy, the game is great so far.
I never really noticed the difference between the GBA SP screen and the DS screen, because I haven't touched my SP since I got my DS. So while playing Zelda on the DS, my girlfriend wanted to play Mario64, so I popped the game into my SP and immediately noticed the difference. DS screen is much better.
