xbox live question
 

I have a quick question for other xbox live users. During play the game goes into a troubleshoot mode, it checks a few things like DNS, and to see if there is a connection. Very annoying, can anyone offer any advice as to what it could be? Thank you in advance for any help.

There is some problem with your router and/or firewall. It's a hardware probelm. Make sure you have the latest firmware updates installed.
