Aside from price, what is the difference between these two controllers? I have the 963334-0403, which from what I can gather on the net, is the updated version of an older, larger, model that took 4 batteries. The reason I ask the difference is because Walmart has the 963321-0403 advertised in their Holiday catalog for an everyday price of $39.99 and I'm considering getting another wireless as a gift for someone.

Logitech doesn't even list the 963321-0403 controller on their website, however, major retailers like Amazon, Circuit City, and Walmart carry this.

They look like the same thing to me... as long as it's not this one - 9632790403 which is the huge one they had out at first.

From the few reviews and specs (Amazon, CC, etc.) that I've read on teh 963221-0403, it appeas that it is also the smaller version with the 2 AA battery spec. The older one was larger and took 4 AA batteries.
