Bloodrayne 2 help

I recently bought this game for Xbox and I am stuck. Can anyone give me some advice as to how I can quit dying at the Ray Ray's Meats area? Any help would be appreciated.:)

I just finished the game last night, and Ray Ray's Meats is pretty early on in the game, so I can't remember exactly what all I did, so I guess I'm not help, but I don't remember having too much of a problem.

Awesome game by the way. For some reason I loved the first one and this one is a real step up.

How long did it take you to finish?

Ah, let's see. I picked it up wednesday afternoon, so maybe somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 - 12 hours of gameplay. But with the alternate outfits and multiple ways of killing enemies, there's definate replay value. You could go through slicing, shooting, or harpooning and have a very different experience each time.

I'm playing through the game now... turns out that most of the "puzzles" involve you throwing people into things. Sometimes you have to throw people into multiple objects in a set time.

Hope that helps. I don't know which part exactly you are talking about.

The people I have a hard time with are the thugs with a board, crow bar, ect. Everytime I get the weapon out of their hands to feed they get a cheap shot at me or they die but another guy gets a cheap shot. I'm going to go through the move list and see if any are more effective than others. If not I'll trade it in and put the money towards DOA Ultimate.

Is it common that an action game doesn't let you save whenever you want? I haven't played many first person shooter/action games and that surprised me that I couldn't save at any point I wanted to with this game.

Yes, it's very common. Actually, in my experience it's very uncommon for you to be able to save whenever you want.
