To add to the useful part of your post :p, MS has been selling the Xbox at a loss all along so yes cost != price in most cases.

So you're telling me I'm right that a system will sell for what they can get and not by hardware cost? Also of course N is going to say it's cause hardware cost are low. They damn sure not going to say well we are scared of M$, and Sony and know we may not be able to go toe to toe with them.

You got to cut thew all the company BS and get right down to it. Just like M$ saying we are happy with how xbox is doing. Like hell they are they want the xbox to be as big in the video game world as Windows is in the PC world.

Damn GC is a $100 when the new Zelda comes out I may pick one up. When does that Zelda come out?
