Unreal Championship (Xbox) questions.
I think I'm missing something. I can't seem to get any of the "instant action" sessions into any other mode than "novice". Is there a menu somewhere I'm missing? I've tried starting profiles w/ both skilled and masterful but I still can't get anything but novice on the IA 
Similarly the booklet mentions "mutators" but I can't seem to find where to set them 
Finally is there any way to go back and replay a ladder in the "tournament"? I know on Unreal for the PS2 you can, it's kind of disappointing you can't for the Xbox
