Anyway, I'm stuck on the boss battle with the horsemen. I'm getting my donkey kicked and I can't even keep track of them. I'd like to move past this battle but I'm getting frustrated with it. Any help or tips would be appreciated.

All I can tell you for that battle is to keep moving and if you can, use you nimpo fire magic. Try to run up behind a horse when it turns and slash at it then. Eventually the man will fall off and then its a regular fight.

yeah, that's right. Also, this is about the point in the game where button mashing doesn't work and organized moves are the only thing that'll work. There are a few bosses coming up that are along the same lines.

How to beat the first two bosses:

If you have good aim with the bow, I found that shooting them off the horses and then attacking them while they were on foot to be the easiest way.

And once you knock one off his horse and kill him, suck up his essence and unlease the combo on another horseman. Rinse and repeat.

Another tip. The bow "autofires" pretty well (don't go into first person mode, just tap B) and you'll get a few hits that way. And keep moving, including running along the walls. Don't bother blocking and never stay in one place long.

actually, the easiest way i found was to go against a wall and hold block. you will block all, or at least most of the attacks, and when a horseman comes in for a charge and you block it he is vulnerable for a few seconds. slash him a few times and then hold block again and repeat.

Man I love this game...Thinking about playing it again for the 4th time. I'm just waiting for Spider-man 2!
