Viewtiful Joe Question
 

Is Viewtiful Joe really as terrific and as obscenely difficult as all the reviews say? I know it's supposed to be good but my threshold for frustration is not very high. Since it's going for $20.00 now it's not really worth spending $5.79 to rent it and find out. I'm looking for something to play as soon as I finish Eternal Darkness for the third time, and I'm torn between Joe and Mario Golf. Thanks.

I found that normal was not that hard, but difficult was a good challenge.

It's a really fun game though, and well worth 20 bucks IMO

Stringing together combos in Viewtiful Joe is a sight to be seen (better than Ninja Gaiden). It really isn't that tough until the cliched "fight all the bosses again" level. Highly recomended and I bought the game on launch.
