For the Sam Fisher character, he sounds just like michael Ironsides.

It is Michael Ironside.

Wow, I didn't even know it was Michael Ironside. I was wondering why the name sounded familiar and I remembered he was the guy in Total Recall that wanted to kill Arnold the whole movie :D
