I have not heard much about it besides the fact they are not adding new mini games. I still have it pre-ordered, just the thought of multi-player in wario ware gets me drooling. I logged in a good 25 hours on the GBA version, but that was almost a year ago, so it should still be somewhat fun to go through the single player mode. Any links to news on this game (not from nintendo)?

Not a single must buy on there for me. Hopefully at least one of the "big three" sequels (Mario, Zelda, Metroid) makes it out this year.

I will probably buy:

Serious Sam
Starcraft: Ghost
Pikmin 2
Spider-Man 2
Slinter Cell 2

Of course, I won't pay more than $10-$15 for any of them.

I just tried out Custom Robo which is on the new Gamecube demo disk. It was fun. It is sort of like Virtual On except the camera is pulled out like in Power Stone 2. It features some intense gameplay. And this was just playing against the computer. I would imagine playing multiplayer would be insane. Anyone else play the demo?

As for the upcoming games I'm waiting for:

Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes
3/4/2004

Pokemon Colosseum
3/22/2004

Q2 2004

WarioWare, Inc: Mega Party Game$
4/6/2004

Custom Robo (The demo sold me!)
5/10/2004

Q3 2004

Tales of Symphonia
7/13/2004

Pikmin 2
8/2/2004

Actually I wasn't really impressed with it. I did only spend a couple of minutes but it didn't really scream "buy me". Just seemed like an average arena fighter.

EB has Pikmin 2 for a may release. Did they just not get the memo or what?

IGN is reporting that Donkey Konga will hit the U.S. sometime around this July. IGN sources also claim the game will sell complete with drums for $49.99!

There's at least a game a month for me...

Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes
Wario Ware Inc
Custom Robo
Mega Man
Tales of Symphonia
Pikmin II

Plus no mention of Legend of Zelda: Four Swords, Starfox II, Baten Kaitos, Donkey Konga, Geist and then the big three...Mario, Metroid, Zelda. Throw in a couple GBA games and the DS and I'll be a happy dude. BTW those Japanese Famicom/GBA games are rumored to be headed stateside with a limited classic NES SP.
