It features the top rated comics from each year, as well as some of the closer second place ones (some years, the difference between first and second was very slim). So here we go. Haha... yeah. I wasn't trying to hold the poll over the holidays because I figured a lot of people who would want to vote would be on vacation. So I decided to hold off, and it just slipped from memory.

Voted for Halo... only a few were amusing. The rest are just vintage Penny Arcade (crap :))
