EA Coupon Question

Over X-Mas, I got a few new EA Games and registered them online. Also, there was a link to take a special survey which got me coupon codes for $10 off at the EA website. I'm now on their website, trying to order the new Medal of Honor game, but it's not letting me use the coupons I just got, it says they are invalid... Anybody else experience this same problem and know what to do? Thanks!!

Maybe it has something to do with all the coupon stacking they allowed a couple of weeks ago. I'd email them and ask.
