Prince of Persia - PC or Gamecube?

I know IGN recently added the PC version to their head-to-head of the Prince of Persia, but I don't subscribe there so I can't see it.

Anyone know which is the better version (PC or Gamecube)? I'd like to pick this title up soon, but I heard the audio was a little odd on the Gamecube version for some reason, but I'm also not sure how well it turned out on the PC with mouse & keyboard control scheme.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Wavebird GC controls outweigh minor sound issues, which probably are the same on most pcs

I have the gamecube version and I am running it through a Harman Kardon AVR525 and NHT superones and it sounds fine to me. I have not had the chance to hear it on any other system though.

I love playing it on the Wavebird and would not want to try it with mouse and keyboard.

That's why I play it on the PC with my PS2 to USB controller.
