I've tried a few times now... the site is running extremely slow.

When did you guys order? It shows "In process" for me on their web page and my card hasn't been charged yet and I placed my order on Dec 1st. I hope they give me the freebie 2-day air shipping that you guys are seeing since I want to have the games before I leave town next Wednesday.

One of my shipped orders was placed Nov. 30, and three were placed Dec. 1. Four down, five to go...

Did you opt for free shipping and still get UPS 2-day air? Thier customer service was really un-helpful and didn't really give me any more detail beyond what the web page said.

I chose basic shipping (free with the coupon) and it came 2nd day air. (a bit extreme since they're shipping from louisivlle)

Don't expect customer service to smile while we mug them. :)

I am living on a steady stream of EA games thanks to those 15 gift cert. emails. This one was the best deal though. My Need for Speed Underground shipped today at a massive $3.71.
