Can you register 2 different copies of the SAME game for the Zelda Bonus?

I was wondering if you can register 2 different copies of the same game to be eligible for the Zelda bonus? And for anyone who has registered their games to receive the bonus, once the games are registered on the Nintendo site are you automatically sent the Zelda bonus or are additional steps needed? Thanks!
