This is a good idea, there are over 23,000 signatures, thats pretty impressive

I think every person who signs that should be obligated to purchase the game as well. The Shenmu series is great but not a commercial success which is why Sega is hesitant to release each version.

We'll have to see.

not gonna happen. I like shenmue but it needs more action in it. Too much mindless conversation

Hmm..I never even finished Shenmue II though. The 2nd time the game wanted me to amass $500 bucks I just put it back on the shelf and haven't played it since.

I still have to play my Shenmue II copy.....is it really that hard to amass money or are you of the impatient crowd?

They made a big mistake and put 2 on the xbox as exclusive. If Sega really wanted the series to survive, they should have ported it to the PS2. It would have found a larger audience on that system.

i'm ok w/ porting it to the ps2.... i just want it to come out. i'd pay $150 for a collectors version w/ all three episodes.

Its not hard, its just boring and tedious. I wasn't interested enough in the game to waste several hours lifting boxes again so I could advance the storyline.

why would you want to do that? if you don't like it, don't buy it.

The first edition was quite tedious also but I liked the ability to run all over the place day and night. I also thought getting up and going to work was hilarious.
