GC Wavebird problem ... Gremlins?
Well, in an effort to occasionally play games while my children are awake and watching, I let them each hold one of my Wavebird controllers so they feel like they are playing too.
As young children can sometimes be, when they get bored or angry they tend to chuck the controller with all their might. Most of the time, the robust Wavebird can take a lickin' and keep on tickin', but I went to go use one of them today and it seems to work okay, but there is something rattling inside. I noticed that there are just a bunch of screws holding it together, so I was going to take it apart and see what the issue is, but when I went to do so, I noticed the screwhead is of a type I have never seen before. It is not a regular slotted screwdriver (-) or Phillips head (+), it is something in between with 3 prongs like this (close to this if the top line is perfectly above and between the bottom lines): | / \ Anyone have any idea what the name of this type of 'screwdriver' is and where I may find one? Thanks. |

I think you need a "Y" screwdriver.
