Don't the Gamer's Gift Cards only work on (console) video games? If not, I stand corrected.

There is a $5 off coupon in this month's PC Gamer magazine (the one with Gordon Freeman and the Doom Marine on it) that is good 'til December (I think).

I think it might depend on the cashier, but most cases you can argue a game is a game. I got mine with this method without a problem, no questions asked

I paid the basic. the game is worth it and it's really not so mainstream so the deals are going to be a little lite when it comes to this game. Well worth it though. the detail alone in the Computer talk is great stuff. :)

Yeah - this game is pretty awesome... I'm just past the first light cycle part - how much longer is the game? Anyone complete it yet?

it's pretty long, the ending is a little on the disappointment side. you will get to version 9.0.0 of yourself.

My subroutines keep getting infected. Guess I should use protection but thats valuable space that I can place something more useful.

Why is there a TRIFORCE on the cover of this game?!

If you get an infected subroutine, just hit the F1 key to go the the SUb menu and drag and drop the subroutine on to the Disenfect Icon, (top right corner) then hit F1 and go back to normal play.

It takes a min to disenfect (depending on your processor level i think), but you will see an icon with a status bar, and when its done, you will hear a chime, then just go back and do the same thing for the next one, until everything is clean

The green programs will infect you if they hit you, but later on you will get another Sub that reduces the chance of infection, and another one that scans for infection before download
