The Simpsons: Hit & Run - Getting Good Reviews!?!

In EGM this month i was Amazed. The Simpsons Hit & Run got an 8.0 6.5 and 7.0 Not great reviews, but thats better than recent attempts. Even the reviewer that gave it a 6.5 said he was surprised.

Quoting EGM: "Best. Simpsons-Game. Ever."

No word from the other review sites yet. I'll definitely rent it now.

Not being able to make a good game when you're so unashamedly cloning a successful competitior would be more newsworthy.

Of course, EA managed that with their Simpsons Crazy Taxi ripoff.

Simpsons Road Rage got bad reviews, but I thought it was a lot of fun. I probably won't get Hit and Run immediately, but once the price drops a little I'll check it out.

I show the release date as 9/9. Still on track for that?

It also got 4 stars in Official Playstation Magazine last month.

I'll give this a rental.
