TARGET B&M Clearance Games Thread III

For the most part all of the games in Part II are gone and a new wave of clearance titles are hitting the shelves. Keep in mind this is probably the first week these titles have been clearanced and are either only 30% off or not even marked down yet at some stores. Keep your eyes peeled and they should make it to 75% off in the next 2-3 weeks. If the games aren't red taged yet, which is likely, it's also not too bright to tip off the unknowing Target employees about the games. If they don't scan at the price you want just put them back and check the following week. Not the greatest selection but these are the ones I can remember and I'll keep the list updated. Good Luck!

Just want to stick in a plug for Onimusha: Warlords if no one has played it. It's great.

Primal (PS2)
NBA 2k3 (PS2)
NHL 2k3 (PS2)
Eternal Darkness (GC)
Mickey Mouse Magical Mirror (GC)

Shenmue II (XBOX)

Some stores were at 50% off today and others were still 30%. None at 75% yet. I suspect next week some will be at 75% off. Good Luck!

I went to Target today and 2 game scanned at $0.00(Scorpion King Gamecube and another game I can't remember). Does this mean they are free?

I just wondered.

Sure, just walk out of the door with them! You need to get an employee with a handheld scanner to scan and price them. They should still be at 75% off or greater.

I've been to several different Target stores (four) in the past week, but I'm having trouble finding these cheap games. Are they still in the glass classes with regular tags? I can usually find a rack of games sitting on a shelf, but all the tags read 19.99 and are generally just greatest hits games not listed here. Should I look for the games listed here in the cases and ask an employee to scan the prices?

Every store is different. The games are sometimes: In the glass cases not marked with a red clearance sticker, On the Endcaps of aisles marked or unmarked with a red clearance sticker, On the shelves by the video game accessories marked or unmarked.

yup, I got mine for $11.49 + Tax at CC cuz of a pricematch (they still sell it there for $49.99).

Also, the Target in Rego Park Queens has it for the horrible clearance price of $42.48 or something like that.
