This game looks like mindless fun to the extreme. After reading the IGN article located here I am really getting excited to see sucha great fun game for me and the kids to enjoy.

I'm looking forward to it...reminds me of Zombies Ate My Neighbors.

One kiddie-like game does not a kiddie system make.

I'm not too optomistic about this game, the E3 talk I read wasn't very good. Still, you never know until the complete game comes out

How is kiddie bad? Xbox games are really lacking and suck.
They need some good games. This looks like fun to me.

It was a joke, if this game was being released on the Cube people would be lining up with the "kiddie" comment.

Now for the second sarcastic remark that will be misenterpreted as it's in writing -

I'm sure with Rare's excellent track record of delivering their games in a timely manner it will arrive just in time to be an Xbox 2 launch game.

I wanna get this game... I don't think "kiddie" when I see it. If it was a Gamecube exclusive, I wouldn't care. I certainly wouldn't get in line to dish out a "kiddie" comment. This thread needs to grow up.

one of the reasons i went with the Xbox as my secondary system to the CUBE was because of the RARE deal. I must say, however, that this game doesn't look like an automatic winner to me. it looks interesting, but i will wait for reviews. Rare did an OK (not great, but OK) job on Star Fox Adventures for the GameCUBE. I'm hoping this title is better. And RARE, dammit.... give me some Perfect Dark news!!! for the love of god.

I don't know about kiddie, I would say family. That is one of the reasons I am looking forward to this one. My kids and I can play together. That is a plus. Having one game on the system that appeals to both adults and kids does not make a system a kiddie system.

I would say the same thing about the Cube games. I don't think the Cube is a kiddie system because it has games for all ages. The kiddie comment was meant as a joke I'm sure and if this game was coming out on the Cube I guarantee there would have been "oh, another kiddie game" comments from several people.

Apparently family games are only okay on the PS2 and Xbox.

I might pick it up it depends on the reviews. My girlfriend would probably like it and it might be fun for me as well. But it has to get good reviews.

I played it at e3 and was not at all impressed. I see they have improved on some things, but the last few Rare offerings took years to make and were mediocre. Without Nintendo's help, which they recieved tons of on their best titles, I feel no reason to expect anything big from this game.

After several viewings of this trailer at work, I have come to the conclusion that this game is well...sucky. Sorry guys.

Luigi's Mansion is still my favorite game for the GC...

However, from the stills and the description, I wouldn't even bother renting this one.

I think it looks kind of fun and my wife thinks it looks like a lot of fun. So i'll definately be buying it... any video game that she likes that can help justify the Xbox purchase i'm all for ;)
