I can confirm this is true. I got a messege today at work stating Final Fantasy X is now a greatest hits title (starting Monday) and will retail for $19.99.

I'll be sure to pick this up along with Madden 2004 next week.

I wish the GH version is based on the International remix version.

Well, it looks like I'll probably be spending $40 next week. Virtua Fighter 4 and FFX

I checked to see if my local BB had any info in their system regarding the price drop. As expected my local BB was completely clueless and unhelpful. Wish Gizmo worked at my local BB. :)

I believe that offer is only if you also buy Madden 2004.

EBGames.com has kingdom hearts with the greatest hits strip on it, still is $49.99 though. I've seen amazon.com do this with SOCOM(no mic), ATV Offroad fury 2, Sly cooper and ratchet and clank, but they were still all $39.99. Hopefully this will be a line for the holiday shopping season :D

Final Fantasy games always took a long time to become GH cause they still sell, just like GTA3 finally became a GH.

Well, I guess I can kiss $40 goodbye today. I'll also pick up VF4:Evolution. Now, I need to find some time for these games between work and that damned_DTSL. :)
